The Provident Group Term Life policy is payable utilizing Relief Association funds (in Pennsylvania) and covers natural death as well as death by accident. Your plan can have flexible limits of insurance based on years of service, active status, etc. and make adjustments to the plan as you need.
No physicals are required and all new plan rates are guaranteed for 2 years providing the membership does not increase by more than 25%.
